It’s part of Google’s Trace Processor technology, which ingests and processes trace logs (records of system or app activity) for performance analysis and debugging. Trace Processor provides a database and query interface for detailed inspection of trace data.
You might have it because you installed Android Studio or another Google developer tool that includes Perfetto/trace processor components on your PC. Those tools install this executable to run as a service or helper process when analyzing traces or profiling applications during development work.

The signature on the executable should have been verified through a third party whose job it is to make sure the entity is who it says it is. Find an unsigned executable?
