LSA.exe from Broadcom Inc. is the main program for Broadcom’s “LSI Storage Authority” software, which is a management/monitoring tool used with Broadcom/LSI RAID controller storage hardware. That software lets you view, configure and troubleshoot storage controllers and attached drives on systems that use those storage solutions.

You might have it because you installed the Broadcom/LSI Storage Authority utility along with drivers for a RAID controller or enterprise storage adapter on your PC or server, and this file is the executable that runs the Storage Authority application.
