AsSysCtrlSrvcIns.exe, published by ASUSTeK Computer Inc., is a helper component of ASUS’s System Control Service, typically bundled with AI Suite II or III. It supports system-level features like fan control, power settings, and hotkeys on ASUS motherboards.

“AI Suite” offered by ASUS, is a single-dashboard software suite commonly provided as AI Suite 3 or AI Suite III that bundles essential system tools into one place.
