Microsoft writes on their own website that "Customers who intend to develop custom dialers using the Remote Access Service API may want to investigate Microsoft Connection Manager and the Connection Manager Administration Kit. Connection Manager is Microsoft's managed remote access client.
It allows an administrator to build a remote access configuration package to be distributed to the administrator's remote users. The signature on the executable should have been verified through a third party whose job it is to make sure the entity is who it says it is. Find an unsigned executable?
