It's commonly found on Acer laptops and desktops and is responsible for managing system resources and keeping track of the hardware components.
The service helps users to monitor their system's performance and diagnose any underlying issues. It runs in the background and provides real-time information about the system's temperature, fan speed, CPU usage, and other vital system statistics.
In the app description it spells monitor wrong as "monotor" but it appears since this .exe is signed by Acer it's still an official Acer system service software.

The signature on the executable should have been verified through a third party whose job it is to make sure the entity is who it says it is. Find an unsigned executable? You should consider scanning any completely unsigned .exe on your PC.
